Hi, my name is Tony Shen.

I graduated as an engineer, I was trained with high levels of analytical and mathematical skills. During my Ph.D. candidacy, I had to work autonomously to research and develop innovative framework, and collaboratively to carry out implementation and verification processes. I am experienced in building complex quantitative and predictive models. My current employment required not only programming skills, but also thorough understanding of return and risk characteristics of various financial assets and products, in order to construct reliable quantitative models.I have a strong interest in finance and economics. I have passed all CFA exams, and I am expecting to take my final part of FRM exams in Nov 2011. I am fluent in both spoken and written English. Cantonese and Mandarin are all my native languages. Therefore, I enjoyed great advantages in communicating with colleagues and clients around the global.
